Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000+ Annually (Based on Experience, Department Performance, Inventory Management, and Dealership Compensation Plans)

We are actively seeking experienced Automotive Parts Managers for current and future dealership opportunities. Whether you're managing a high-volume wholesale operation, overseeing a growing retail parts department, or seeking advancement within a larger dealer group, we'd like to connect with you.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the dealership parts department.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal availability while maintaining inventory turn goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop parts counter personnel, wholesale representatives, and support staff.
- Maintain strong relationships with service, sales, collision, and wholesale customers.
- Monitor department profitability, gross profit, obsolescence, and inventory performance.
- Ensure timely ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of parts and accessories.
- Analyze inventory reports and implement strategies to reduce aged inventory and improve turns.
- Maintain manufacturer compliance and parts return programs.
- Collaborate with service management to support technician productivity and department efficiency.
- Drive customer satisfaction while maximizing departmental performance and profitability.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts management experience required.
- Strong knowledge of dealership parts operations and inventory management.
- Experience managing retail, wholesale, and service department parts sales.
- Proven ability to improve department profitability and inventory performance.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, Tekion, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of manufacturer parts programs and inventory controls.
- Valid driver's license required.
Preferred Experience
Experience with domestic, import, luxury, hybrid, diesel, and EV brands is welcomed.
