Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle presentations.
• Follow up with prospects through phone, email, text, and CRM tools.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
• Ensure a professional and customer-focused buying experience.
• Stay informed on inventory, incentives, financing options, and manufacturer programs.
• Maintain compliance with dealership policies and sales procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong follow-up and prospecting abilities.
• Valid driver's license required.

Preferred Experience

Experience with domestic, import, luxury, EV, and performance brands is welcomed.
